HDFC Gold credit card - i have'nt used it nor even swipped once, but the credit card statement showed anonymous bills which innocent customers doesnt see & pay, this is how they are generating revenue, This bill that bill miscellenous charges , interest upon interest although stopped & cancelled it long back but again , WHY should the customer pay when he have'nt utilised a single amount???
