I have got more than 12 years of association with HDFC.
I am writing from London. Three weeks back, all of a sudden, I explored that my net banking is not working and throwing error - user access disabled.

Waited for 48 hours and not luck.

1) I raised an online request three weeks ago - no response.
2) Sent email almost everyday - no response apart from automated email with query number 'HBL=010-927-083'
3) Called up phone banking - response was to contact local branch (it cost a lot calling from abroad and listening the automated recordings)
4) Sending emails everyday - no response.

I have requested them to enable my net banking; I will generate IPIN using my debit card & PIN (which I have with me in UK)

My sufferings & losses:
1) I could not pay my EMI,
2) Could not transfer money to my parents in India,
3) Could not pay my premium,
4) Could not send money to brother for his education.
5) I have been levied with a huge penalty by my home loan institution.
6) I am now defaulter for not paying home loan on time.

They only want me to visit local branch, which is not possible for me as I am not in India.

Complainant's Goal: have my netbanking enabled and not to lose futher time & money
