Hi,
I had purchased a gixxer sf from GD motors Dwarka with registration no. DL 9S BA 3869.
I had met with a small accident so i opted for claim process. But after some body work done on my bike when I got the bike its handle is tilted on right side. When I told the service persons that it has problems with handle they ignores the problem and continuously saying that it is perfect. After that I visited other service center at nawada(Dwarka) the mechanic there said that it has problems with bike handle and alignment of fork and it costs 1.5k bucks to make it perfect. The claim process costs me 3.5k and they are asking for another 1.5k bucks. Why will I pay for same again and again when I had paid earlier for it.
So please take some actions against it because I am fed up with this issue in my bike

My Bike is Gixxer SF 2015. No good Service and parts will not get to my bike from Gonikoppal South Coorg, Karnakata Show Room. i want to go very long to do service my bike. i am not maintain good way to my bike. please give good service otherwise i will change my bike.

i had purchased Suzuki Hayate Bike in Sangli (MH) in July 2014.Bike No-MH-10 BT-6216
when i drive my bike 6 months neatly without any issue but after that back wheel mackwheel is sounding continuously & when i pressed break it creates loud sound & break is not working properly.Many times i have given complaint to service center in pune Bharat Suzuki but they are saying that this problem can not be resolved . Actual issue is this an manufacturing defect in this scenario backside mackweel drum & lininer location is scratching to drum then it creates an sound its an manufacturing issue i have told & even spoke to service people ,but they were suggesting me to change the lining of it i have changed that many times but still the problem is still there.
On 4th April i have given my bike to service center & they are saying that this is an not manufacture defect.

They said me this bike is not under warranty so we can not give service free i purchased bike from that time only am facing this problem so kindly help out me with this .
If it an manufacturing defect then Why should i Pay the charges to change an defect park of Suzuki bike ...????
Kindly do the needful & resolve or else i have other ways to deal with this situations .
I had purchased Suzuki Gixxer SP before one moth.Pair Parts has damaged for reason disk failure in speed brake and replaced Pair Parts are High rates in Your Showroom.
