Hi,

I have booked my bike from Nizamuddin railway station (delhi) to deliver to Pune with my confirmed ticket from Pun Dhuranto Express but i havnt received my bike yet and also not geting any proper respose from the parcel department in PUNE station.

Kindly help me to get my BIke as soon as possible as i am facing huge trouble because of the same, when i havn't done any thing worng but this railway system is playing with travelers.
