Western Railway - Harreshment To The Students While Applying For Concessuon at Counters

Its a Humble Request to You To Plzzz Lookout After the Concession Forms Which the College Students Get. Because in Ticket Windows The Ticket Fellows are Just Sat To Find Some Or The Other Thing Everytime and They are just not willing to give the concession to the students. The Students are treated very badly on the ticket counters.It has become horrible situation for the students and I have also faced the problem twice.
