kindly tell me the exact date and time when you are going to give me back my fully repaired Karbonn Titanium S5 mobile handset, and how much time you required to repair handset at your chinhat (Lucknows Interior) based Head office cum repairing centre . coz as per your service centre in Lucknow - Aakarsh electronics, Mr. Asif had told me that it requires to change of motherboard plate and touch screen panel which was broken by your Chinhat based service centre, and took Maximum 15 days time , which hardly require 15 minutes to change all these things.
kindly tell me why are Karbonn fooling His customers with this third class of handsets and their worst than 3rd class services given by you to your customers.
Are you planning to give delayed services to your customer so that their warranty will void or relapsed, so, that if on very next day or in week after repairing your customer's handset if same or any other problem persisit again you will charge them for the same.
what a cheap strategy you peoples are following.
I already tweeted your third class services and the harassment you have done to me. if on coming Tuesday i.e. on 9-june-2014 I didn't receive my handset back in good working condition you and your team mates will suffer for the further consequences.

Dear sir's
this is to inform you that I had purchased my Karbonn - Titanium S5 mobile phone on 07-sept-2013 with IMEI NO.1:- ********2558533 & IMEI NO.2:- ********2558541 and on January-6-2014.
I found out there is a problem in its sensors (G-Sensor, Accelerometer, proximity etc.) I give my phone to the service centre at shriram towers - Lucknow and after one month they had return it to me by saying that the phone is working properly .but still there was the same problem existing while checking up the mobile handset they had return it back without doing anything on it . again I had submitted my titanium S5 mobile to your Alambagh AKS- service centre Lucknow and they had again fooled me by saying that the mobile was gone for repairing to delhi head-office and will come after one month coz there was a motherboard problem and the whole part will be replaced , but after one month I found that the handset was still returned back without any repairing. then , I again submitted my handset to Aakarsh electronics service center near krishi bhavan Lucknow, on 16-05-2014 and their mr.Asif head of the centre again told me the same thing that the handset has to sended to the delhi office for its parts replacement but after a week I came to know that they are lying and they had send my Karbonn Titanium S5 handset to Head-office which is in Chinhat Lucknow. and they are saying it that it is karbonn's new head-office opened at chinhat .....and when I ask them to give back my mobile they had again handed me the unrepaired faulty device with no screws on it and the touch is also not working i.e. on 28-may-2014.
when I told them that what they have done they again resubmitted my handset on 29-may 2014 and saying it tooks 15 days to one month time and passing a lewed remarks on me.
I request you please take this matter seriously coz I won't be able to use my handset from last 5 months .and your service centers were harassing me from last 5 months. what kind of services you are providing to your customers . with this kind of worst than third class services and harassment of 5 months , you are provoking me to take strict & legal actions against you. need your proper and strict action in this matter.
