We have a Videocon refrigerator in which there was some problem 15 days back. It was not cooling. We complained for the same at your authorised Service Centre - M/s SAM APPLIANCES, Prince Anwarshah Road, Kolkata. A service personnel came and worked for 2 hours and then told us that there was some wiring problem, and he would send some other person for the same. After a few days another person came for service and told us that he has rectified the problem. But to our horror after some time we saw that the problem still persisted. We again called them up and they told this time that there was problem with the Heater and they would fit a new one at a chargeable cost. We agreed to that, but no personnel came for the same. On enquiring for the same, we were told that they would fix the Heater a day after. This this continued for another few days and finally when we told them that we need our complaint no. to pursue the case, they didnt provide us any complaint no. and on calling are just hanging up the phone and avoiding us. I would like you to take strict action against M/s SAM APPLIANCES and get my refrigerator repaired at the earliest.
