Sub: Harassment of Dewar‘sGarrage Exchange Offer

Sir,

It is to bring to your notice that my car loan has been sanctioned on 3rd May, 2010. I had approached them yesterday and told to issue my new vehicle Ritz-Vxi which I have ordered for. Sarmistha Madam, the sales representative of Dewar’s Garage Ltd, had presently come to me at my office and committed that the car is ready in my name and waiting for the sanctioning of the car loan.

For confirmation she was ready to give the engine and chassis number of the new vehicle Ritz-Vxi which has been issued in my name. Now when everything has been done from my part they are informing me that my car has been sold out to some other cash customer and a new vehicle Ritz-Vxi has to be dispatched from the Maruti factory for me.

I have already undergone enough harassment for the last one month and now it is beyond my toleration. Now I want to cancel my new vehicle Ritz-Vxi because I have lost all faith in your committed, attitudes and responsibility.

I also want to bring to your notice that I will be booking a new car of Chevrolet. I want a refund of the balance amount along with compensation for the harassments that I have faced due to your responsibilities.

True value of the car amount: Rs. 2,30,000/-

Received cash from me: Rs. 5,700/-

Cheque deposited from Dewar’s: Rs. 2,10,657/-

Bank EMI due to late payment

Of foreclosing amount: Rs. 6,825/-

Compensation amount for harassment Of 30 days: Rs. 50,000/-

Rest amount to be refunded: Rs. 81,868/-

I am expecting a sincere and urgent action from your behalf.
