After dispatch through courier incurring expenses of Rs.150/-, I have claimed the amount by sending the Rediff-Support the scan copy of courier expenses on March 23, 2013.. To this they replied that I
will get the pay order shortly i.e. within 12-15 working days. But after that whenever I am writing for pay order, I am getting the same reply like "Dear Ratikanta, With reference to your mail, we would
like to inform you that we have forwarded your query to the concerned department.
Please be assured that your pay order will be delivered to you within 12-15 working days.

But despite writing for reimbursment of courier expenses, customercare is giving the same reply that forwarded my query to the concern department.
