Axis Bank - Harassment by recovery team

Dear Concern,
From last (Oct)month I am getting a call from Yakub about the payment. So I said d YAKUB I want settlement because from January to Oct I was jobless so I am unable to do the payment so I want settlement .First he was not ready to do settlement but after my conversation of 2 to 3 days about settlement finally he was ready for the settlement and amount would be 60000 so I said no because only 5000 your guys are reducing that is not worth it. Then another person MOHAMMED call me and again he repeated himself same whatever YAKUB said and may reply was same and from that day he call me reguarly till now but my answer was same(i want settlement). Then after 6 to 7 days YAKUB have taken the conference with his Manger(Prashant) again he repeated same thing whatever the YAKUB has repeated and may reply was same. On the same day around 6 or 7 pm Yakub called me and said the settlement would be 52000 but from start of my conservation with AXIS bank recovery team (Yakub and team) i said ,i want settlement around 25% that is around 49000. In this total conservation first (YAKUB AND HIS TEAM) they was not ready for settlement but after daily harassment on phone as well as sending the recovery person at my home. Unfortunately at that time i was not available at home they meet my mother and sister and start talking with abuse language. My mother said,please speak directly to my son (Tanseef) because she was not aware of all the thing but they was not agree to listen a single word and start abuse words with my mother and sister and this thing happen thrice.In that total conversation now i can understand that you guys have total right to change settlement amount but your people does not want to change there settlement amount.Inspite of that your people harass me as well as misbehaviour with my mother and sister at that time when they were no man at home .Even the manager also repeating same amount but after some time he also changed..
Note - From the first day i was ready to pay settlement amount but your team was not ready to do settlement .i have all the conversation in my call recording.

Dear Concern,

One of your executive Miss. Swati Gurav from Grant Rd East Branch has talking to me since last 3 weeks regarding my outstanding Rs.97K n odd figure, I told her many times that I need to closed that full out standing amount very soon, Just give me some day ( 15 to 20days), So she told me to pay immediate amount Rs.27K which I am not able to pay, So she called me today morning & talking to me very very very rudely, That not was the way to talking to your customer, I am your valuable cst since last many years, U can check my repayment bank status. If people like SWATI GURAV is in your bank will failed to maintained their status in the market. request u listen that call when she is talking with me if possible.

Request you to give a very strict action against her, So this type of mistake will not happens in future with any cst & try to understand cst 's point of view also.
