I am an Airtel postpaid mobile subscriber from the past 7 years. My number is ********55 from Karnataka circle.
In the last few months, I am observing that the interactions I had with their customer care is going from bad to worse. They simply charge premium but for their service is going to dogs. The customer care is non responsive, irresponsible and many a times arrogant.
I activated my blackberry services in the month of November and I was told that the monthly rent for BB services is zero but data charges is very high. But to my surprise when I got my bill rentals were charged.
Later I got it migrated to a higher rental plan (Rs. 599) which I was told would be discounted to me at Rs.499/- which never happened till date.
Recently I realised same BB services is provided by the competitors at Rs.399/- hence, I called up the customer care to know new offers on BB(Blackberry) services. I spoke to one Mr. Balamurugan about a fortnight ago who kept on buying time giving vague reasons.
I am completely disappointed with the service provider. They are here only to loot you and not for service.
