I would like to bring to your notice and like to escalate it to to senior management about Rowdy behaviour of Keshav Kumbar ( 09886- 087- 363) & Balu (********89) in your Bangalore branch of Bajaj Finance.
I have a personal Loan from your institution since 2012. I was a High profile customer and was sanctioned a PL of 7 L after doing the due deligence of checking my Background.
I was very deligient in making payments till 2014,when I moved to consulting role.As I started working on the new role, My income became irregular because of delayed payments from NRI customers. I had met their team in. May 2015 and explained my situation and made payments including the Penal Charges. I have never defaulted the Paymment beyond that particular month though I had no regular Income. I am regularly getting this Rowdy Harrassment & Torture from their team & they are abusing me , he used the language used by Cheap goondas and also threatened me.He also used filthy language.
I am deeply frustrated and feeling dejected by this harrasment. They Keep visiting my House everytime & threaten my family & not allowing them to live peacefully.
I have complained to the Local police station in Jayanagar today and have escalated to Consumer court.
Now I am forced to take a Legal action also on Bajaj Fin Serv for allowing such cheap people to call high Profile Customers and Harrass them . I was infact planning to pre close the PL by selling some property , the intimation of the same was given to your team, but now I will wait for the Response to the Legal Notice and take appropriate Steps

Hi, I am Jatin Seth. I have an existing loan account with your company (LAN 5770CD31329194). The mode of payment is ECS but there seems to be some technical glitch at YOUR end and because of which the ecs mandate is rejected. I tried reaching you on several numbers but none were responsive. Tried reaching your toll free ivr but there is no option to speak to your customer service agent. Sent several email to debit my account but I just get auto generated email which says some one will reach out in 24 hours but in vain.
I finally got a call from some branch. And this is the number +********7500, .+********4319, +********4200. The guy who is speaking is abusing me and when I told him that this is your fault he started abusing me and said "jab loan bhar nahi sakte to lete kyu ho". I tried to let him know that this is not my fault as my account already has sufficient balance and I have already taken 5 loans and duly closed it but he was just shouting and abusing. I asked him to transfer the call to his senior but he again abused. I told him that I don't want to speak to him and will make the payment online ( which I already did yesterday) but he is just not listening and abusing. He called already 10 times yesterday and that was not end he is calling me since morning and threatening me. Please take strict action against this agency and this guy. They are spoiling your company name. I have made my mind that this is the last time I dealing with Bajaj.

This is a formal legal escalation regarding harassment, criminal intimidation, and misrepresentation of RBI guidelines by individuals claiming to represent Bajaj Finance Limited in connection with my loan account.
Due to severe financial distress, job loss, and multiple liabilities, I am currently unable to meet my EMI obligations. This has already been communicated. Even my first EMI was managed through external help after a bounce, which clearly reflects my financial hardship.
However, instead of following a lawful and ethical recovery process, I was subjected to unlawful coercion and public humiliation as described below:
Incident Details:
On 10-Apr-26 at approximately 4:45 PM, a woman identifying herself as Bhumika visited my residence and:
Refused to leave my premises without payment, effectively coercing me.
Shouted outside my residence, leading to public humiliation and reputational damage.
Concealed her identity (face covered) and avoided proper verification.
Refused to allow a photograph of her ID card, raising serious doubts about legitimacy.
She further connected me to Janki Shetty (claiming to represent Bajaj Finance), and I am attaching the call recording as evidence.
Serious Violations & Misconduct:
In the call, I was explicitly told that:
As per RBI guidelines, agents can visit without prior notice
Agents are authorized to stand outside a customer’s door until payment is made
These statements are false, misleading, and a clear misrepresentation of RBI regulations.
RBI Guidelines Violated:
Your agents’ actions are in direct violation of RBI’s Fair Practices Code and recovery agent guidelines, including but not limited to:
RBI Circular on Recovery Agents (DBOD.No.Leg.BC.75/09.07.005/2007-08 and subsequent updates)
Borrowers must be treated with dignity and without harassment
No coercion, intimidation, or public humiliation is permitted
Agents must carry valid identification and provide it transparently
Recovery must be conducted at reasonable times and with prior intimation
Legal Implications:
The conduct described above may also attract provisions under Indian law, including:
Section 503 & 506 IPC (Criminal Intimidation)
Section 504 IPC (Intentional insult to provoke breach of peace)
Violation of consumer protection and privacy rights
Publicly disclosing or indicating a borrower’s financial distress by shouting outside their residence is a serious breach of privacy and dignity.
My Expectations:
Immediate formal investigation into the incident and individuals involved
Written confirmation on whether these individuals are authorized agents of Bajaj Finance
Strict disciplinary action for harassment and misrepresentation
Written assurance that no further coercive or unannounced recovery visits will occur
Initiation of a fair and lawful resolution process (restructuring or settlement) considering my financial hardship
Notice of Escalation:
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will proceed with formal complaints to:
RBI Ombudsman (CMS Portal)
Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
Police Authorities for intimidation and harassment
This email, along with the attached call recording, will be used as official evidence in all further proceedings.
