As i would like to tell you that i Gaurav Rohira/NEETU KALRA has booked new fludic verna 2011 1.6 CRDI SX model white Colour on 31st january 2011 from HANS HYUNDAI MALL ROAD GTB NAGAR DELHI SHOWROOM from executive Mr. GAURAV SHARMA & his Maneger Mr. Prabjot Singh & Senior Maneger Mr. VIRENDER CHAUHAN.of Rs 10000/=00, & [Rs 90000 as part payment] as the people commeted me that they will give first delivery to me. now as they people told me last month of 20th of may 2011 that your car is going to deliver so kindly deposit full n final payment in advance. As i am a very frequent buyer of new cars, i cant ever heard of this Clause, i told them that i already paid you more then your booking amount from last 4 months & you are using my money with out any interest. why should i pay full payment? before 15 days of delivery. As soon as the car reach to showroom from factory i called Mr.GAURAV SHARMA to deliver, he use to reply me that we gave delivery to another customer becoz he gave us final payment 10 days before & now if u want delivery of ur car then you to wait till june last weak but you have to deposit full payment again or you have pay premium of Rs 35000/=00 for 1 week delivery. I think this should be shameful for hyundai for doing such a worst charector, Sir till today i cant get the delivery & no Interest of my money & compensate too. They all people are earning money with doing wrong things. As far as hyundai is concerned company should take action soon for there Name & Repotation. If HYUNDAI MOTORS INDIA LTD Company will not Sort out this matter & Tell HANS HYUNDAI C/O CHARU MOTORS PVT LTD DELHI componsate me with my interest. as i am very old hyundai customer.
Note: 1] VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HANS HYUNDAI DELHI.
2] DEALERS SHOULD HAVE LOYAL EMPLOYEES.
3] IT EFECT SALES IN DEALERSHIP.
