A group of AC coach passengers including me found the following irregularities and corruption in 12512 Raptisagar express on 18.3.11 while travelling to lucknow.
1.menu board is not displayed in the pantry so that the passengers may not understand the quantity and price of food items.(2) Poor quality of food (not cooked enough). (3) Ordinary vegetable meal with dal and one veg curry is sold at price of of Rs 50/ as special meals. (4) snacks are served uncovered.(5) suppliers are int in possession of price list and do not have name tags on uniform.
Tea and coffee are of poor quality and less in quantity.

Railway catering inspectors and officials are in connivance with the catering staff and exploit the passengers .Their corruption is evident from the low quality of food served to passengers.
