Hi i bought a product from ebay and several part has been damaged when i received via courier. I open a case to replace the product cause the product comes under ebay guaranty. ebay told to reshipped the product back by your self and we will refund the charges in thr foem of ebay coupan. i told him that i will take ebay coupan but will take cash. ebay told me that in that case you can directly contact the seller and also thet dint provide me the selle's contact information and they have closed the case. now niether Ebay is responding nor seller is responding. some days back i got a call from seller that you have to pay extra for replacing the damaged product . please help me.
