Sir, I have pruchased Maruthi Swift VXi in Feb 2010 from M/S Bhargavi Automobiles Ltd., Tirupathi bearing Engine No. 1012986. A couple of months back I got a SMSl from VM Maruthi, asking me to collect Gold Coin from ICICI Bank by producing Original Redemption Letter. I have approached the local dealer regarding the issue for which they have expressed their helplessness. I have approached ICICI Bank and they have asked me to produce Original Redemption Letter which I have not received till date. I have contacted your Regional Office in Hyderabad who in turn have asked me to contact one Mr. Poornachandra Rao, Manager with the loacal dealers who was very reluctant in giving answer and told me that he has no idea about the scheme and will contact in a couple of days, which he has not till date. A couple of days back I contacted the office of Executive - Services Sri Pankaj Narula's and they have told me that office looks after only service related matters. Meanwhile I have to inform you that THE OFFER IS GETTING EXPIRED ON 07 DEC 2010. I Wish my grievance is addressed immediately and the offer will be extended to me. Though I am proud of owing a Swift, buy purchasing the car I have not received any offer or freebies from the Dealer not even a key chain. Atleast the company's offer of Gold coin be extended to me without any further enquires with your Dealer/Regional Office. My mobile no is 0********88
