I am a victim of fraud information given by Country vacations company employee to join membership.
Due to contract given in English so I can not be able to fully understand at that time and they forced me to pay full payment to get benefits. They before getting full payment the signed by me. And after they come immediate to my home to collect the remaining amount which remains after credit card payment.

Given commitment is
Employee said that the AMC is increased 1000 Rs. after 9 to 10 years but in the contract shows that 3 years and 15% rise.
They also says that you belong to Naroda and Company will open club in 1 to 2 months.

Before I understand the contract they collect the full payment.
Second day 30 May 2016 I also called employee after understanding the contract and said to him to cancel my membership but they ignore me and refuse the cancellation.
I have call recording what i asked employee after understanding contract letter at home to get what is true to know about AMC and club in my area.
I mailed to country vacations on 1st June 2016 about the wrong information and false commitments given by company employee to join membership and cancel the membership.
Till that time they did not make any receipt of the payment but the collected the full payment on 29th May 2016.
But till today I did not receive any response by the company.
I also tried to call on Contact us No. 040******** and 04044331360 but call sounds only music but no any person to talk there.
Only email is the way to talk with company. But they did not give any response.

So I request to you to help me to get my paid payment and cancel the membership.
