Honda Two Wheelers - Ganpati Honda sector 14 gurgaon Services are pathtic

I buyed a Activa from Ganpati Honda Gurgaon. From the Day first I was having problem iin starting and the problem got worsed day by day.

I visited the outlet (Ganpati honda) service center and they told me that it happend some time as you will ride more this problem will go away.

Problem remained same and I was not even able to start the activa from self if the activa is standing for an hour.

I visited again and they said this is normal you have to start it by kick if the problem happens and after continous riding this will go.

Every time I visited I insisted on batary check and every time they said batary is ok.

After some time i was not even able to start my activa on red light if I stop it at redlinght.

I visited again and then also the employee was trying to convice me that its normal, but when he started by kick and left it started
for 5 minuits and tried to start it again he was not able to start it through self. Then he again given the batary for checking.

In the noon i got called that my vehicle is ready then i insisted them to get my batary replaced. then they agreed that they will recheck the batary again.

They they rechecked and send the batary for replacement.

Till now I am using my activa for 100 days but i have not even started my activa by self 20 times in these days.

I have to visit 4 times to convince them that there is something wrong with self starting.

Last time i visited them and one of my foot mat was missing. I didn't noticed this and take the activa home because it was night.
I noticed it next day and when i got a regular service call i told them that my mat is missing he told me that you raise your
concern when you visit next time.

Due to work load i was not able to visit them for around 45 days (even i didn't picked up my batary due to lack of time).

When i raised this to them they said you should have come earlier. I told them ok i will buy one but is this not
your responsibility that you should check before handing over. What their manager said to me that its your responsibility to check your vehicle.

When i went their why they check everything why can't they check before handingover to custormer back?

I went today to take my activa back but without the slip and they didn't returned to me the activa.

I don't know if i will get my activa back or not if i will not be able to get my receipt of job order?

What if I lost my receipt? should i complain to police that i lost my receipt.

Will they give my activa to anyone who get that receipt?

I am ***** off by the services I am receiving from this vendor. (Ganpati honda Secor 14 Gurgaon).

I am dinesh kumar from salem, tamilnadu. i have honda shine. i did free service on 5/7/13 job card no : 1855 Reg no: TN30AR1643 at near by triummph honda service centre , salem. my complaint was footrest bent so ask them to repair or change that parts. but they didnt resolved my complaint instead that they damaged my engine case. when i ask to prior person he told they change the engine case with punching of engine number in local approved workshop. but im not satisfied with that local workshop. it may differ from plant original piece and local. so i told dont want that. they ask me to wait for 8 days for plant origianl engine punching but i waited for 14 days itself. they gave my vehicle with local punching only. so really im not satisfied with thier work done to me.so kindly arrange the manufacturing engine punching from honda or i want to new motor bike. if u want any clarifiacations please free to call me.

I have purhcase Honda Activa 1.5 years back,when i had visited for my last free service at Borivali east service centre in feb that time one of the executive offered me the extended Warranty offer for 3 years & along with that he also told me about the free service which should be used twice in a year, but when i took my bike for servicing now the another executive tells me that i need to pay for the servicing,only parts listed in that warranty book are free,it is totally making fool of customers and making money from customers.I will never visit that service center again & also i will ask all my friends & collegues not to purhcase Honda product, as bajaj Products are better service that Honda.
