Dear Sir,
Irrespective of a failed transaction through an ICICI Payment Gateway using an ICICI bank debit card for
online payment of rupees five hundred and fifteen, to sail.shine.com regarding application fee for MT-2014,
I was debited 515/- and still was'nt refunded the money back into my account.
