Andhra Bank - fund transfer from sb a/c to housing loan a/c ; not receiving any phone msg

i have applied for internet banking service . required documents were given in andhra bank, seethammadhara branch along with my photograph. as informed by bank personnel PIN number or code number will be forwarded to my house address. so far i have not recd the same. request to provide net banking service to know about my transactions in SB a/c and in Housing Loan a/c. i have recd a message over phone when i have deposited amount in saving bank a/c. but when the same is transfrd from sb to housing loan a/c (automatically) i have not recd any message.
request to provide the facility at the earliest
