Dear Sir/Madam,
I serve with Everonn Business Education Ltd. Chennai its subisidary IIPS mba college at Nanded Maharashtra. on 1st May 2010. As Dy Manager Business Development
In the April 2011 Management decide to close Nanded IIPS campus and transfer my services on same salary to Mira road Thane Campus, the HR dept. not given me traiveling fair Nanded to Mumbai shifting. I worked their 12 hrs in a day continous without any leave including sunday also they have called me on duty remaining staff were enjoying holidays, but I was working in the office,
Later on Our VP and Regional head pressurised me to improve prospectus sale any how you must have to sale 2 prospectus in a day . It is difficult task in Education becuase student Parent are not belive on new colleges.
On the last day of prospect sale, RH told Me any how you must show 50 Prospectus sale becuase VP is not accepting . As per Regional Head oral instruction I Have shown 20 Prospectus Extra sale. Then I was gone on leave for 3 days in between Regional head blame me at head office dy. manager shown 20 extra prospectus sale. on telephone she ask me resignation I have submitted her through email in the month of june 20th 2011 till date I have not received resignation accptance letter and one month salary ,conveys .
I have send amail to HR dept of Everonn at Chennai but they have not replied
Please suggest me what can I do in this situation.
