I would like to inform you that your company is making frequent deduction from my balance. I have a data plan activated and which had almost 5 MB of data usage left. I just checked my mail and 23 rs was deducted. To verify that i had crossed the data limit , i dialed *111*1# but to my surprise i had 4MB still left. I talked to your one of the customer care representative but he straight away rejected my allegations. Then today also i had been charged 25rs for the service unsolicitedly.

Hope the company provides appropriate compensation for my loss.
