Sir I made a payment through payu money to halaplay technology private limited of Rs 5000 but in my wallet it has not been reflected to my HalaPlay account. Then I immediately called halaplay customer care no-********24 someone named ashish then he sought immediate help whether I can get my money back so he told me to give my atm no, expiry date, and cvv no and as I thought it was a helpline no on good faith and belief I gave the atm card no, cvv and expiry date and within a fraction of second my account was debited with 9999 and again 9999 in total 19998.I was totally in a matter of shock and then I further tried to communicate that guy but he rejected my phn call. Plzz I want my money back nd to be credited to my account. Plzz take necessary measures and strict action against that culprit so that in future he does not make any fraudulent act by cheating common people. Plzz do the needful at earliest. Thanks in anticipation.
Sir I m in very complicated situation .halaplay team block my I'd . I help many of my relatives ,friend and neighbors to join hala play and they allowed me to use their winning in my own account in a private league. I was thinking to pay them in cash when I withdraw money in bank acc.but your team block my I'd plz help me sir . I m so sorry about my all mistake .I will never do this stupidity again in future .if you want punish me then do half of my total won money but plz sir don't block my account .

I added money 100 rs to halaplay account the money deducted from my account but it not reflect in halaplay balance ... please add that money to halaplay account or credit it my original account
