providing loan - Fraud with the help of newspaper

Please sir take it serious this is a matter of life and death for me. I have get cheated by some fraud persons. I know only little about them they are from Delhi or area around it. They have taken a huge amount 25000 from me by fraud dealing. And let put their mobile switch off. I did not know more about them. I have got you e-mails with a large search of two months. I am so poor that can't take a journey to Delhi. Now all depends on you keep me alive. I can provide their mobile no. and yes I have also the bank receipt's for support of my story. Please help me to find more information about them or guide me the way to get it.

I have little more information about them while talking with me they were talking about to receive fax on the no 011-66222277 from this I drive the conclusion that they are from Delhi, otherwise they never told about their location. Yes I have their account no. with SBI -31177763834 in new Delhi branch with the name of Ashok Kumar.

I am sure that they are continue make frauds with poor people with another name and mobile no. please save them.

Please help me or please give a proper advice what to do now.

I have already tried to contact the Police Commissioner of Delhi and He also give response to me but now I am sure that there is not any step has been taken by those frauds. And those people are continue trapping new people. I am requesting you to please make only one inquiry for my case. This will be very helpful for me. By doing this you will not only help me but also help several other poor and innocent people of the country. Please help to find those frauds.
