Tata teleservice Limited - Fraud Phone bill of Tata Indicom sent

To whom so ever it may concern,

Dear Sir / Mam,

I would like to tender a complaint against my post paid Tata Indicom connection, where a fraud on the billing has been observed while analysis my phone bill.
Following are the fraud itinerary's mentioned regarding my bills

1. I have received October months bill in the month of December.
2. I have been charged for the amount which i have already paid last month, the amount is somewhere around 4,000 INR.
3. I have charged for calls which were supposed to be free (Tata To Tata)
4. Roaming has been charged even though the numbers were in delhi.

I'am very disappointed with the services provided a reputed company like Tata. Moreover. The outgoing calls have been barred on my numbers without prior notice.i.e the next day of the bill generation date.

This incident had occurred the last month as well, whereby ur executive from the call center told me that i have to pay the 85% of the bill amount and then the numbers would be activated. Upon doing so, i expected that the numbers would be activated. However i was informed later on that i need to pay the entire amount to get the numbers activated.

Therefore looking at such mis-communication and false commitments i would consider this as a fraud done to an individual. I Need to understand that how do u expect a consumer to pay the bill without seeing the bill. Moreover i have not been receiving my bill, only on request i get the bill and that to 2 months later.

These numbers are in the name of Neha Phileman

I would appreciate if this issue is resolved asap. Failing to do so, i would file for a legal complaint.

I defer from understand how can your organization's employees give false information and present fraudulent bills. I would expect a full compensation against the harassment faced.
