my name is shirish and my no. is ********66.
on 28/1/2011 a msg came from 54321 saying that i have subscribed for monthly vaastu pack and rs. 14 has been deducted from your account. i declare that i have not subscribed for anything.i launched complaint and they promised me to solve it before feb 1.
it has not been solved.
afterwards when i recharged with rs. 50 , next day you cut rs. 30 from my account for any other service without even notifing me.
when i called customer care they said that i have subscribed for it which is such a lie.
i want my balance back in my account .

when you call customer care they cut my phone for 3 times and afterwords they tell me that i have subscribed for it and sent a msg for subsciption. (this is such a lie)
i am tired of tata docomo now, and complaint will soon will be launched against them if no action is taken.
i hope tata docomo officers want the remaining customers to stay with the service because a anti docomo campain is going to start.
