Wealth plus policy, i started in 2010, by paying 20000 yearly *3 years ie 60000, while starting it was said that we will get at least 70000 at the end of 3yrs, and the highest NAV value will be calculated,
But now while withdrawing in April 2013 they are saying that only 54000 can be given and there was no increase in NAV value,

How come there is no increase in NAV value in last three years and why this 6000 has been reduced i need to the reason why goverment concern is doing fraud like this..

I taken a Jeevan sarala ATM plan table-10,Policy Number-117604515, on 21st sept-2013.while taken Mr.Durgesh(D.O)given assurance first primium 20% amount will return back,but still this amount not returned,and also i am not received my original receipt.
