my name is anish and this is regarding the fradulent activities few people carry out.
i was contacted by a lady posing as working for SUNDIRECT and she says to me that she is calling from sundirect . she says that since am not using the sundirect i can give them the set top box and they will refund 1000 rupees. i said to her that am not home so come tomorrow but she says tomorrow she is not so sure , so i said ok fine send ur excutive and collect it and i called my mother and said that an excutive from sundirect will come and collect the box.. they said today they will only come and collect the box and they will refund the money after 4 days when they will come to collect the dish . i called up my mother and said this preson from sundirect is coming and take the slip and give the box .. he collected the box and went and wen i called him he is scolding me in kannada and insulting me and telling not to call him again.

i have already spoken to sundirect customer care and explained about this , but i want those bastards to be in jail...

think about this .. if these people carry out such fraud activities then wat will happen ..
i also think some person from sun direct is also involved in this who has the customer database .. or els how will that fraud lady know that i am a sundirect user .... someone from sundirect is helping inthis operation

NOTE :- this complaint is not regarding SUNDIRECT .. this is regarding those people who say that they are from sundirect...

the person who collected the box from my house is as hort dark and a little fat man and his number is :********87 and the lady who called from lanline the number is :40582000 and the number on the slip they gave is ********80....
