I Yasmeen Ahmed, 63 years old and retired, was given Max Life Insurance Policy No. – 2********, by making false commitment that I can take back my full money with interest after 3 years whether the policy is of 10 years term. It does not matter. Being retired, they knew I cannot give premium of this policy but still Yes Bank representative did this fraud with me by making false commitments.
Now after 3 years, Max Life insurance representatives are giving me half of the money I have given. I have given 1.5 Lakhs until date. They are giving only 80,000. That was my PF amount, I don’t have any source of income. I want my money back.
I am doing this FIR against Max Life Insurance Agent Mr Avesh Kumar - ********37 and Riyaaz Ahmed – ********12 (Yes Bank Representative, Kashmere Gate Bank Branch) and Max Life Insurance company, who after knowing that fraud has took place with me are not helping me and not returning my amount. I want back by 3 years premium at least.

I am not able to make complaint on company site as they haven't registered my email id with insurance company
