->On Date 29.05.2015 I had discussed with tour package with Mr. Varun (M-********38) and finalized tour India Tour package along with free gift Sony tablet of Rs.10,449/ -

->After Filling the form he gave me instruction for Epayment through web payment gateway ebs and I proceed accordingly. After making payment following page was coming (Refer below Screen Shots) . So I Sent him screenshot then he told me its error and you try again & again so I tried 4 times and total payment (10499 X 4 =41996 INR done) ( refer below screen shot)
->Ebs Payment id is 37452248 , 37452388 , 37452881 & 37453111

->So Excess 3 payments were made my me under pretext Error as it was communicated to me . So when I asked for refund I was told that I will be getting that refund within 7 maximum days.

->But when I called next day their finance person Mr. Ashutosh (0120-6525777 )was asking additional 20,000 /- INR for refund which is not very surprising ??? and was also not told to me

->Instead of refunding my excess amount he is asking additional money form me? What kind of system it is?

->Then I felt that this is cheat company so i told them to cancell my booking any refund my Total INR 41,996 /- to that they have confirmed that they will refund it within 30 Days as mentioned in thier website.

->Today even after 100 days inspite of lot of chasing through mail & phone they are not responding and now they are avoiding phone calls also

->Requesting you to help me to get refund from this cheat company http://www.clubholiday.in/
