We were fascinated by the offer given by country vacations(Azharauddin). As per the commitments the benefits in details are not given in writing.
We have not got the Insurance yet, membership card details not available, no one has any knowledge in the customer care dept when we call to check with them. We have not got our login/password yet.

No information about the hotels/resorts. When we tried booking the Bellundur/koromangala resort for a day on 1 dec/2 dec, we were told there is no availability & we will get in or after Jan only. when we checked the Bellundur/koromangala resort was empty. Almost all rooms vacant. When we again checked with the customer care, we get a mail saying that it is available on 3 dec onwards. That means the customer care is not aware of the availibility & just faked that it is not available.

Apart from this the taxes informed to us by Azhar & the rate given by the customer care dept is differenet. We were also informed that we can use the club membership wherein we can use the gym/pool/massage which will be absolutely free & only the spa coupons which if we use will have taxes. But the customer care is not at all aware of the free massage & we havent got the spa coupons yet or the december event passes yet which we were suppose to get by courier. Now they ask us to collect the koromangala branch.

We had been told we will be given in writing about all the benefits of membership in detail like the holiday vacations/taxes/insurance/renting/selling options for holidays/membership card benefits/hall renting/massage/spa, etc. which we have not got till now.

We have taken the membership for a 24 months EMI which he made for 18 months without informing us. The services & the reviews are very bad which we experienced.

So we request you to kindly cancel the membership & refund the money back.

After writing all this also no response from this fraud company. They are big time cheaters.
