In the month of June i got many calls from Ashutosh Mittal from Club Holiday from numbers (********38 & ********01), for booking a package and it was committed that if a package is booked through Club Holiday then in lieu of booking any International Package Rs. 20,999 (4N/5D) Club Holiday will provide one Dell Laptop and one trolley bag along with 4N/5D in any 3-5 star hotel, after so many discussions i paid the whole amount in two different transactions through net banking the payment reference is as below-

19-Jun INB/150110320/E-BILLING SOLUTIONS PVT/ 10499
after one week time from the payment i got another call from Club Holiday that our gift is ready and for delivery and other charges i have to pay INR 10000/- , i also paid the same amount as per below transaction detail-
2-Jul INB/NEFT/AXIR151********1/CLUB HOLIDAY/ 10000
So total amount i paid to club Holiday was 30998, and after receiving this whole amount they have stopped to pick my calls even after sometime these two mobile numbers mentioned above were out of order, when i contacted on landline number they always tell that it will be dispatched in one day in two days and after 10 days time they started saying that the gift item is not available so they will refund my money in 30 days time for the same i had provided my Bank details but still there is no updates on this even they are not picking my calls.

My name is chirag Mehta i am from Surat (Gujarat) I m paid money 21000/- from club holiday (New Delhi) after he cheated i called him and told pls. cancel my booking and refund my money on my account this is month of july and till date company is not refund the money.
every time new story given the company i send the all detail also i have the telephonic communication recording kindly help to refund my money and kindly given the strict action against this type of company.
kindly help to closed this issue asap.
