the worst policy in online site. i raised a complaint aginast the seller. it tried tons time to contact the seller. they arent responding and when i ask aliexpress customer care support. they are saying we cant do anything as the protection period has ended 15 days. my product comes with 6 month warranty. when i told them they say its hard to do anything. this is how buyer are given protection. customer care arent taking any steps aginast the seller. a total fraud seller as well as site.
