The same stereo type reply of customer care without properly replying my concern so I am again forwarding you the same for last opportunity to get it resolved thru ICICI positive approach to handle the query.

1) As you mention that intimation letter has been sent to the communication address updated in the loan account informing about decrease / increase in EMI / Tenure due to revision of rate of interest. I want to know that

a) Is the address has been updated in your system by me?
b) Who is responsible for that?
c) Why should I bear your negligency?
d) How few communication has been received on my this address C 452 Brij Vihar, PO- Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad 201011 and other not received?

2) As per the attached repayment schedule, the effect of revised rate of interest is given in my loan account.
Why there is difference between rate of interest between attached repayment schedule and rate of interest provided by customer care?


3) I think you have not got my point of raising the concern. The FRR introduced for determining rate of interest in linked to ICICI Bank's cost of funds and appropriate cost of opertaions for the relevant product, credit charge and margin. Hence, any change in these factors would therefore impact all customers whose loans are linked to FRR. Therefore final rate would depend on certain static and certain dynamic factors

a) Is these factors will change for exisitng customer and new customer?
b) Why the rate offered to certain customers at a point in time may not remain the same with another set of similar customers availing the loan at a different time?
c) Is this as per RBI guideline to charge different rate of interest to different customer?

4) How you understand from my e-mail that we have received communications of the Bank with regards to our Home Loan account. As per your records, there was minor mismatch ( C45 in lieu of C452) in the communication address which has been now rectified. Then how can I received the communication?
