Dear Sir/Madam,

This is fraud done by ICICI Bank.

I am Arvind Gupta,I am using ICICI bank credit card.
On 8th and 9th august 2009,I supspected that some one is trying to make fraud payment online using my credit card (I got transaction declined SMS on my mobie) .
I called ICICI bank on 10th aug 2009 and blocked my card.

suddenly on 18th aug 2009 a payment on euro 25.30 (Intrenational Transaction) fraud transaction was made,as I got the SMS i called ICICI bank immediately and ask fo the reason tht ho wthe transaction can be made when card is in blocked status.

They told payment has not yet been approved by Bank and same will be reverted to your account and we will aslo try to find how this transaction has been made.

Now on 28th aug my statement was generate and that fraud transaction is aslo added on my account which should been revert back.

Now questions are.

1.How transaction can be made if the card is blocked
2.How bank has confirm the transaction to the vendor
3.Why not same has been reverted from my account

I can provide my account statement on request.

Complainant's Goal: ICICI Bank is doing lot of fraud with its custome and it should be heavily fined

Why the ICICI bank is aksing lots of documents from me as this is Bank mistake,why I ma suffering.If you can send soem executive to my place I will sign the required documents ,Otherwsie i am going to send any documents and I am not going to make the payment of that Transcation
