On 15th Oct 2018 , I Ordered A Samsung Galaxy Note 8 From Amazon (Order No Being 403-9547589-0597150) with exchange value of rs 9810/- for my old Samsung s7. I paid an amount of Rs 32180/- online with my credit card.
I was supposed to get the product delivered max by 21st Oct 2018.But the product was not delivered to me to which the customer care requested to me to wait for 24th Oct , as they have resent my product with an (order no 408-8399233-0333169).
On 24th Oct , my Old Samsung S7 was taken by amazon agent with tracking id :********5380 . The Order was expected to be delivered on the very same day but it didn't happened.
Finally my ordered was cancel and the customer care & Mr. James (Resolution Department) said i would get the amount paid along with the exchange value of my Old Phone in my Amazon Pay Wallet.
Its 10th of Nov 2018 now, i have just received the amount paid & the Exchange Value of the phone it still not received.Rs 9810/- which was supposed to be transferred to my amazon Pay wallet is stil due.
I have been calling customer care many times but to help , they are like your issue is taken by Amazon.in's Executive Customer Relations team (Mr. James).
and Mr. James (Executive Customer Relations team) promised me to close the issue in 24-48 hours on 24th Oct 2018 is still replying me to be patient and wait till he find the ROOT CAUSE OF THE ISSUE.
I think i have been cheated & trapped by amazon new policy of taking customer product.
I would request to please help me & many other customer like me who are being cheated .
