I have Purchased a Videocon Product(TV)in my wife name Anima Shaw on dated 09-06-2006, under the Scheme of Jitna Do Utna Lo Offer for Videocon CTV IS 22M. According to the offer Company will Give me 5000/-in 6 years 8 Month on the deposit of 2000/-.After the maturity date when I contact the Electronic Shop .They Said me to Send the original Deposited Receipt to Aurangabad Office by Post.In the Telephonic Conversation with the Aurangabad office they gave me the assuration that they will give my Amount within 2 Month.But Still today i.e 23-09-13 I havent receive the same. When I Have try to Contact them they are not responding after picking up the phone i e 02431251887.

And Sr.no. of product- 110********5014681 in this diwali 02-11-2013 from star cj online shopping in which I was promished that you will get vediocon d2h diamond subscription pack free for one year.but still I did not got any offer . When I called vediocon customer care several time but my call got disconected by customer care agent without any resolution and given Cust ID-106926495.
I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful otherwise I will send back it to star cj and ask for refund.
I am very disappointed with such type of service.

This is to bring to your kind knowledge that the undersigned is R/o A-65, Pandav Nagar, New Delhi-110008. That the complainant purchased a television (Videocon LEDTV VKA32HX08MA) on 13.09.2015 and payment was duly made.
On the said television set 3 years extended warranty was also provided by Videocon. Lately on 18.10.2017 some problem arose in the speakers attached thereto the television set. The complainant immediately logged the complaint on the Videocon Service Center with reference ID No. DEL1******** with response code as R38090. Thereafter, on the telephonic conversation the customer Executive (Technician) came on 25.10.2017 to the aforesaid premises of the undersigned.
In lieu of that the customer executive namely Mr. Avdesh having mobile No. as ********30 issued the complainant a slip and charged Rs. 590 and assured me that the problem would be rectified within 1-2 days. Since then, so many days have passed but there is no response from Videocon Executive’s Namely as Mr. Akash (********90), Area Manager (********27) and Team Leader of the Branch (********56). Despite of the constant follow up by the complainant they are not traceable.
Therefore, in the light of above I request you to take serious action against them as they have committed fraud upon the complainant. And also Police Station Report copy is attached
