The company does renewal of domain hosting and had confirmed to me that the domain will be renewed within 1 hour of making the payment (Invoice number IWW 2012-2013 – 2533). Since my
domain had expired I made the payment to them immediately on the 3rd jan'13 and they confirmed that it will be activated within an hour. Now it has been 3 days and the domain is not yet activated. They refusing
answering my calls and if I call them from a different number they just hang up. There are various numbers given on the site and the response on all the numbers are the same. No assistance at all
whatsoever. Every time I call to register a complaint
they just laugh and hang up making it so evident that it is a fraudulent company. I was browsing the company on the net and to my surprise the company has similar feedbacks from various other
people on the "Just dial" website. I just fear that it is a fraudulent company duping people and getting away with it. I want them to Withdraw the sale of the product altogether and need my refund of Rs3500 for which till date there is no service provided.
