Thirunagar Satellite System Sumangali Cable Vision - Fradulent and Misusing of Funds

Respected Sir/ madam,

I am Sridhar G residing at 219, Defence officer's colony, Ekkaduthangal, Chennai - 600097 having Taken Set Top Box Connection From Sumamgali Cable Vision Through Cable Operator. As on Monthly basis Regularly i am paying the Charges for the Said service to the Cable Operator. As i have called Sumangali Cable Vision for the the complaint of not getting the set to box service i come to know that the said Charges Collected from me by the cable operator were not Paid to the Company (Sumangali cable Vision) by the operator. Stating that as reason they have disconnected the services of the Set Top Box. Even after making several attempts Phone calls to the cable operator none of them were bothered about the complanits over the phone and also i come to know from the Sumangali Cable Vision that the Set Top Box digital card is also not in my Name.

Past 6 to 8 months time we have been facing this problem due Misappropriation of the funds by the Cable Operator as well as the service Provider i.e Sumangali Cable Vision.

Hence i request you to look into this issue and help me in resolving at the earliest
