Dear sir,
I have purchased a swift dzire car from your authorised dealer M/s BHATIA & COMPANY, KOTA on dt. 31/3/2010. In Second time service they damage my car's front door handle. Now They have charged rs. 899/- for new handle. i have paid this amount to that dealer but i look that this handle is second hand not fully finished and also with a lot of scratch.
so plz do needful and take hard decision for your dealer and provide me new handle without cost as soon as possible.

Sub: Unsatisfactory behavior of Maruti Showroom, Bundi.
Sir,
I had purchased my car ALTO LXI Flash on 20.9.09 from Bundi having the registration No RJ08 CA 1319.My switch of power window is not working properly. When I approached the Showroom, in first instance they refused to attend saying to approach Kota workshop, when I asked them to attend as the vehicle is purchased from Bundi why should I approach the Kota showroom; I will write to company authorities-then they attended , they found that the switch is not working properly & will be replaced under Warranty. I requested to fix another switch till my original got replaced but no body was there to convinced , again I asked them to fix the new switch on cost, they mentioned not available whereas the switch was checked with a new switch. Even I requested them to fix manual operational system till it replaced because without operating the glass it is difficult to drive. Mr. Kapil Sharma salesman asked to give the copy of the bill and registration no of Flesh Model whereas everything is available in File maintained in showroom. When I saw the bill issued by Bhatia & co. there was nowhere mentioned about Flash Model only ALTO LXI is mentioned, this is the mistake of the Company. And why it is not mentioned- Please change all the documents on Company Cost so that the Registration may also be rectified.
The showroom is about 20 Kms. From my residence-the behavior of authorities have waste my money and time without any result. whereas I always appreciated the Company in my feedback the same may be seen. Sir, I only request to your good self to inform me why such a big establishment is done if you are not having any solution or part for the sale. Today’s act of the authorities available in the showroom deprived me a lot which goes bad name to a very reputed Company also.
If possible to co-operate me to bound Bhatia & Co. Bundi to replace the Switch without wasting time .Please appoint one responsible Manager to attend the Consumers in a pleasant manner ,who was not found there.
Your early action in the matter will certainly increase the reputation and new consumers.
