Hello i had facing fraud from florapassionindia.com on 14th February 2014. I had order chocolates for my wife on valentines day. But they did not completed my order and they also provide same day delivery. after i completed payment and then check order status it shown completed after just 5 minutes of payment. Then i try to call them for last 2.5 months but they are not pick up my any single call. number is 0********00. my money was debited from ccavenue.com. I try to contact ccavenue they told me that they are not responsible for delivery only seller is responsible for it. So please help me to provide my amount refund from them.
