I have Booked a flat on May 2005 at Rashmi Housing Pvt Ltd. Project Rashmi Dhruvita part Flat No 203, Achole Village -Vasai (E) Thane.
According to Builder Register agreement the flat position suppose to get on May 2009 but not yet he has given position due to incomplete construction work. Flat cost was 1125000 Rs., in that 300000 Rs amities which has paid in cash and balance 825000 Rs 85 % amount loan by HDFC LTD rest 15% ie-123750.00 Rs -Paid By Cheque. As well as HDFC has issued disbursement amount -617500.00 Rs. (As tune of -31 Dec. 09- Rs. 536000.00, 30 April 10 Rs. 40250.00, & 18 Sep.10. Rs. 41250.00) and HDFC has charging 4246.00 Rs pre EMI Interest.
Complainant's Goal: Due to delay extra loss of interest and residance problem.

I was suppose to get the possession in Aug 2014 which I booked in Aug 2010. Till Today not even half of the building has been made, they still say that they more 1.5 years from now. Guys we all should unite and raise voice against these crooks. My whatsapp number is 9920-888-420. Also they do not have the option of buy-back, also these flats are under the scheme and all, so no one tries to buy our property. So there is no way to get rid of them, Let us all get together and raise voice against them. The possible solution could be that we can ask for some compensation for the delay they've caused. Obviously, we are making loses by not gaining anything from our invested amount with them.
