Dear Sir,

I am very sorry to inform your kindliness that the services of your Allahabad Bank at Rishra Branch is very Disappointing. I have my pension account no.20511778298 at your this branch. I always have problem while drawing my pension here. At cash counter the cashier always insist me to accept five hundred notes only.

Today on the 8th June 20015 I sent my daughter Alka Yadav with my cheque to draw Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only from my pension account no.20511778298 at your Rishra Branch with an advice to bring all notes in fifty rupees (Rs.50x100=Rs.5000/-), but she was sent back by cashier Mr. Himel Bagh of Allahabad Bank, Rishra Branch. He told her that - "Either take Rupees Five Hundred Notes or go back" and he returned the cheque to her. Thus she came back with the cheque without my pension amount.

I am feeling very much humiliate and harassed by your this bank. I may please be given a justice.
