ICICI Bank Limited - Few Transaction made in my account No. and the amount wrongly debited from a/c

Dear sir,
I have opened saving bank salary account no. 034********4 in your branch in the month of Oct' 07. There after i have been using this account as my salary deposit regularly. This account has a facility of net banking also. Today while i was checking my account details it is seen that some transactions details was not made by me.

You are therefore requested to enquire into the matter and make arrangement to return those amount to my account within 3 days time.In case you require any more information about above said subject you may call to my mobile no.********92.
