A to Z Manthan Cable Network - Fedup with your service and respone against telephonic complains

I am using the Cable TV connection of Balaji Cables (Franchisee of A to Z Manthan Cable Network) almost for the last 5 years.

Approx. 2 years back, I was convinced by them to buy a set top box since normal cable connection was supposed to be discontinued within the next 2 to 3 months during that time. Accordingly, I purchased the same but unfortunately, they could not make the proper and necessary settings of the set top box since then.

During the last 6 months, the quality of receiption of picture on all channels (both through set top box as well as normal cable) have detoriated like anything and inspite of my several complains in person and over phone, they are unable to fix up the same to my satisfaction. Whenever they attend the problem, it is fixed for a temporary period (say 4 to 5 days) but the same problem of poor reception is occuring again and again and they are unable to fix it permanently.

I have developed a feeling that Balaji Cables is not equipped with proper technical people who can sort out the problem for once and for all as they unable to understand the root of the problem.

Since this is terribly affecting the goodwill of A to Z Manthan Cable Network (main service provider), I request them to take up this issue very seriously with Balaji Cables so that my problem is sorted out without any further delay failing which I will be compelled to take up this issue with other concerned authorities which may create unnecessary problems for everyone.
