Your attention is attracted towards complaint by my wife( SARABJEET KAUR PH ********87) that inspite of this e mail no one reported. So we made the complaint on toll free no Complaint no was 10SP1401853. Technician came on 15/9/2010 from TIMEX ENGINEERING CO and did not gave any receipt and did not charge and told us that he has fixed the problem, but after AC is on for 2-3 hours, again leakage starts and this time from front also. We choose to off the AC. Due to rain and cold climate we did n t use AC for some time. When we again started it was leaking badly from front as well as sides. Front panel was also working abruptly due to moisture. Again complaint was lodged on 24/9/2010 with complaint no 10SP2302218. Again technician came and told us that your front panel is not working needs to be changed and we have to pay for it. I told him that front panel has become out of order due to non rectification of leakage problem, but they insisted that they can not convince their superior and we have to pay.
You are requested that we are at no fault and you are requested to pl get rectify our AC without any additional charges from us as we have already paid Rs 500 but things are not rectified by your tecnician. Early action is appreciated from Indian MNC.

I am disappointed because to your service, I parched a Timex Watch an your dealer at Bhubaneswar, but unfortunately that was not working properly after some month also the watch color braze out & rusted some parts of the watch then I complain it at service center, the reprehentive say me for the service & replacement we are send it our higher office for approvals and given me one month time ,but one month already spend ,when I goes to service center he tolled me that there is no information to repair order to as. The reprehentive told me that the Timex service is very poor & delay.
Please find enclosed herewith the watch Bill invoice copy & service receipt.
