Yamaha Motor India - Faulty service and misleading and cheating customer

Sir,
My name is vishal vilochan and i purchased yamaha ray-z , frame no ME12NC016D2017606, engine no- 2NC1016830 on dated 30th june 2013.
My registration no is DL 13SN 2309.
I brought the scooty to bihar in march 2015 in Jehanabad and since then i have done 3 servicing from M/s Trimurti Motors, vasudev bhavan, horilganj, jehanabad, bihar-804408 on dated 18mar 2015, 10 july 2015 and 7 oct 2015.
They changed my yamaha lube on 10 july 2015 at 11000 km, when i took it for the next servicing on dated 07th oct 2015 at 11302 km , they told me that my yamaha lube has burnt and needs changing even after 302 km of my bike run.
When i told them that this is misleading and yamaha promises atleast 1000km before the new change of yamaha lube and that they must be stealing customer in the engine oil change then they started fighting and said to complain as they dont care.
When i asked about the reason for change of yamaha lube after 302 km of run then they had no answer. So either they are stealing customer cause they dont change the yamaha lube in front of the customer and later on they just fight with the custome..
Kindly look into this matter because this is the worst experience of mine with yamah service centre. They have faulty customer service and always misleading and misbeviour with the customer.
