We are new company in Bhar for spice industry . (Jha Group Food Products ) . we buy Machinery from Budakoti Engineering Private Limited and we made 100%(2 lacks) payment on 15th May .After this the sell person Mr.Praveen and the owner stop receiving phone and they always say your machine will reach in 1-2 days .
But after long try and notice from court they provided Machine but all the machine were faulty .
Once the Machine reached to my location and we start saying that the machine is not working .They stop all the contacts .
We file a complain against them yesterday . but the process is slow .

Since we are small starting company so this loss(money and time ) due to this fraud has big impact on our bussiness .
Our comaplete operation is stopped . Every day we have big loss .
