Have purchased a Whirlpool Refridgerator with Model No. FC245S/2012. The same is having a door problem. When checked with the service engineer of Whirlpool India, he suggested that the model is having door problem and the same will occur in 1 or 2 pieces during manufacture. He also suggested for replacement of the fridge. Pls. do take it up with the appropriate authority and do the needful in changing the fridge at the earliest.
