HDFC Bank Limited - Fault Transaction in my HDFC Account

S.B. A/c No.00********6210 (Salary A/c)

Hi I am abhishek S Gaur, My complaint is that, on 19 Oct,2010, there was 4 transaction has been done in my account and total RS 9200/- was debited from my account, these transaction has not been made by me, I have reported the incidence to the nearest HDFC bank branch, but till now I did not get any details.
Last information I got from Hinjewadi HDFC Branch is that they can not provide me the details of the transactions. I have a question to HDFC bank that if the bank is unable to provide the details of my transactions then if the same incident will be happened with other peoples then what they will do?
and I do not what to do now? But I need my money back.

I am regularly following with the bank manager of HDFC bank Hinjewadi location, but always he is giving me the same reply that you have compromise your details, even they have all the details regarding transaction.


I want my money back

I think I have to close my account because HDFC Bank is not reliable.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND LET ME KNOW.

I got the details but what next, how I will get my money back.

Please suggest me what should I need to do now for getting back my money?

And as its very cleared that no one transaction has been done by me and all the transaction was done by some other persons, so why the bank is not taking any action.
